Shandong Airlines Orders 16 Boeing 737-800 and 34 Boeing 737 MAX

Shandong Airlines to buy 50 new Boeing 737 Series, the total deal worth to USD 4.6 billion in the next 13 year.

The Shandong Aviation Group holding is reported orders 16 of Boeing 737-800 next generation and the rest are brand new Boeing 737 Max. Funding for this deal is come from bank loans and excess of operation cash flow.

Currently the more efficient aircraft are on high demand since the greener issue. The aircraft maker compete to offer the best aircraft to buy.

By now, Airbus A320 Series and Boeing 737 Series are the biggest player of single aisle aircraft.  Even the Chinese carrier prefer to buy Boeing than national aircraft maker of China. Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (Comac) also offers its product, the Comac C919.

This deal could be huge winning for Boeing of other competitors and capacity increase for Shandong Airlines.
